Always fast an effective service with friendly service's always. Has been with another provider for almost 3 years and wanted to SCREAM TIME AND TIME AGAIN. No customer service beats Afrihost...returning my way to you with pleasure...

I love afrihost, with 24/7 friendly and effective support staf, Afrihost should be your go-to hosting provider... I choose them purly for the fact that if I run into issues, I know i can reash a friendly support agent withing minutes to help me resolve my issues!!

Had a great experience today on the Whatsapp line with Anrich. So helpful and was very quick to respond to all my questions. Stayed with me for a full 2 hours on the chat to solve all my problems. I greatly appreciate the help!

I’ve been an unhappy Telkom customer for a while now and after joining Afrihost they made Telkom’s customers service seem non-existent. I am very happy with Afrihost’s WhatsApp chat platform and the swift response to your queries. Also with their new Pure DSL say goodbye to landlines and the grip that Telkom had on the industry. Thank you Afrihost for this initiative and always evolving with new and exciting ideas to always put your customers first. You guys rock!!!!!!

I have been with Afrihost for over 6 months, I have only encountered 1 issue with was resolved without me having to call, matter was resolved via whatsapp. Great service.
