I had a problem with my infrastructure - the cable itself and I was able to chat to a representative of Afrihost via WhatsApp who logged a technician, gave me a reference number- and sorted me out in 5minutes. Not used to this level of service in SA and pleasantly surprised!

Problems may occur occasionally but friendly, well trained support staff is always handy and capable of helping. Where as other ISP's I previously contracted with I had to wait days on end to get any help, with Afrihost I get immediate support, that's a win in my books.

I have had endless issues with other service providers. Afrihost was professional from the very first call. I would rate 6 stars if I could. Definitely highly recommend by me.

Had a less than ideal experience with someone from support because they immediately thought they were addressing my issue instead of listening. I then called back and was met with someone else who took the time to ask questions 1st to fully understand the issue before working on the solution and hence knocking it out of the park.

I believe in 'traditional' customer service..everyone should be treated equally and with patience and respect. Not only was I comfortable asking very dumb questions, but they were answered with clarity in order for me to understand. It's great being able to speak with an actual person, thank you Karabo 🙂
